Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Any sign of damage will compromise the guarantee

To start a return, you can contact us at info@affinelux.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number. For all returns of exchanges please contact info@affinelux.com and provide them with your order number and reason for return or exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated in this page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit a request to our email team info@affinelux.com

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honour your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.

To ensure a smooth and fair resolution, we may request photo evidence for certain return or refund requests. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Items received in damaged condition

  • Incorrect items received

  • Issues with packaging or missing contents

Please be prepared to provide clear photographs of:

  • The outer packaging (including the shipping label)

  • The product(s) received

  • Any visible damage or discrepancy

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

This policy helps us verify the issue and improve our fulfillment process. Without sufficient photo evidence within the specified timeframe, we may be unable to approve the return or refund request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping items over £40, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However, if you'd prefer to keep the item rather than ship it back, we offer the option of a restocking fee. A partial refund will be applied, allowing you to receive compensation without the need to return the item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gifts

Follow instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
